Transcripts

To order a free unofficial 博天堂官方 transcript, log in to WebRunner, click on “Student” menu, click on “Student Records,” select “Order Official Transcript/Verify Enrollment”

To order an Official 博天堂官方 transcript ($5 first copy, $1 additional copies, whether official or unofficial), you have three options:

Please note that processing may take up to five business days. Rush orders (guaranteed processing in less than 5 days) are $10 for first copy, $1 for each additional copy ordered at the same time. There is an additional $1 charge for faxed transcripts.

Access to transcripts and records is outlined in "The Student Records and Disclosure of Student Records Policy 7071."  Official records may not be released for students who have not made an installment tuition payment, repaid an emergency loan, or paid any other debt or obligation to the college, either to the student or to another institution, as long as the obligation is outstanding.

To receive and official transcript evaluation, you must either be an 博天堂官方 student or have submitted an application to be an 博天堂官方 student.  You can bring unofficial copies of transcripts to advising appointments for preliminary discussions if there is not time for an official evaluation.

Public Records

To request public records, complete the Public Records Request Form.

Along with your completed form, please send a check in the amount of $25.00 made payable to “Linn-Benton Community College" to:

Requests will be accepted or denied in accordance with the College’s Guidelines for Public Records Requests.

 

Solomon Amendment

The Solomon Amendment is a federal law that allows military recruiters to access certain information on students age 17 and older.

The Department of Education has determined the Solomon Amendment supersedes most elements of FERPA. An institution is therefore obligated to release data included in the list of “student recruiting infor­mation.” However, if the student has submitted a directory deletion request, then no information from the student's education record will be released. Detailed information on directory deletion can be found on Student-Related Forms, under "Forms Related to Personal Student Information."

  • Age and date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Level of education
  • Major
  • Degrees awarded
  • Educational institution in which the student was most recently enrolled
  • 博天堂官方 Email Address
